How Does The Motion Sensing In The Ps3′s Sixaxis Controller Work?

It works on moto storm you goto start while you are in game and there is an option that says motion sensor adjust – Toggle to off or on. If it is on the controller itself becomes a steering wheel etc. . . Once activated the game not only responds to the button and stick commands it also responds to your movement. While riding a motocycle you tip the controller to the right and the bike leans right tip controller back the bike pops a wheelee.
Tip the controller right while driving a car it steers right-it takes a little getting used to.

ok, i want to use my ps2 controllers on my ps3 (with one of those adapters). In resistance fall of man, if you catch on fire, you must shake the controller to extinguish it. if i am using a ps2 controller what can i do? in ps3 games is there a way to disable sixaxis motion sensing support?

Ps3 Or Xbox 360? Natal Or Motion Controller?

I’ve had a 360 for over 3 years now and it is great and I love the heck outta it! But based on the failure rate I would go with the PS3. The reason I say this is because just after my warranty expired on my 360 I got the RROD but I haven’t heard of too many PS3s having catastrophic failures like the 360. Also I believe that Project Natal is exceedingly interesting and would love to get my hands on it because it looks like a ton of fun but if the failure rate of the 360 is any indication of whats to come with Natal it may be in your best interest to get a PS3. Sony will no doubt come up with something similar to Natal to counter Microsoft (as with everything) sooner or later anyways so in the long run I would go with the PS3. I’m going to attempt to fix my 360 because I’ve invested so much money and time into it already but if it doesn’t work or fails again I’m getting a PS3 and saying goodbye to Microsoft forever.
Another thing, I believe that when Natal does hit the market most of the games released will most likely be developed based around Natal ( example: Fable 3) and will more then likely suck because of this. Of course this is just my opinion.
